Harper’s Village Residents – Come join us on Saturday, September 25 for an informal tour around the Village Center with Jane Dembner, CA’s Director of Community Planning.  We will share with Ms. Dembner our ideas about the heart of our village—how it serves our needs and how it might be made even better in the years ahead.  This walkabout, and others like it throughout Columbia, will tie into current and future planning efforts.
